Stage 3 - Perform

The final stage is where rehabilitation transitions into performance and long-term health. This stage is about far more than simply being “pain-free.” It is about building on the foundation created during rehabilitation to help you become stronger, more capable, and more physically resilient long into the future.

Depending on your specific goals, this stage may focus on returning to work, returning to sport, improving gym performance, or simply staying active and healthy without setbacks. For others, it means training consistently, playing with their children, travelling comfortably, or maintaining strength and independence later in life.
